Mr. Abu Saad Shaikh was born in Jamuri, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. He attended Madrasa to complete his primary education. For higher studies, he went to Aligarh Muslim University. He completed his MBA there. After completing his management studies at AMU, he worked in various management positions at the Times of India for about thirteen years. He played a crucial role in the establishment of The DNA. He was the epitome of kindness and generosity. He lived his entire life for the welfare of the Muslim community. He wanted to make the community educationally, socially, spiritually and financially aware, progressive and strong. To uplift the community, he laid the foundation of AlHidayah Public School and introduced a successful Islamic school in Mumbra for the first time.

Al Hidayah Public School was established in 2006 in a very small premises with around 45 students and 5 teaching staff in a rented place. Alhamdulillah, by 2023, its strength has increased to 6500+ students with 450+ staffs and total 11 branches across Maharashtra. It is our aim to impart a balanced system of education comprising of Academics and Islamic education to our children.
